Buildings & Maintenance The Building & Maintenance Section of the NCC is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of all of the Commission’s properties which include -

  • Six (6) Esplanades
  • Eighteen (18) Beach Facilities
  • Five (5) Office Buildings
  • Seven (7) Restaurants/Snackettes
  • Fifteen (15) Lifeguard Towers
  • Thirty (30) Recreational Parks
  • Two (2) Workshops
  • One Nursery & Propagation Building
  • Fourteen (14) Beach Vendors’ Kiosks

The department is also responsible for all of the electrical and plumbing services for the properties under the aegis of the NCC.
